Hi if you love Italy, I'm renting my Pogo1 in Anzio , a nice port just close to Rome, you can easily sail around "isole pontine" or if you have more time and not only  a weekend go to "isole Eolie" in Sicily.

I can rent my mini proto (adrenalina ITA156 www.enkelisailing.com).
Currently is located in Sanremo and available from the middle of May or, in the beginning of June, available in Rome.
You can sail to "isole pontine" as just proposed in the previous post by Federico or easily move in arcipelago toscano (just 90 nm to giannutri and 100 to isola del giglio).
